“ If you looked through my reviews, you will see I eat a lot of sushi. Yes I am a sushi snob. I've been to quite a few places in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, this is definitely the best I have found. We walked in because it was convenient to where we were meeting some people, and saw a cute small place with nice ambience. They were spot on with the service, they didn't violate any of my multiple pet peeves, which again you'll see in my other reviews. The fish was fresh and prepared absolutely wonderful. I guess I'll have to go back to see if I can find anything wrong with this place, highly recommended! ”
“ Sushi Blossom is one of my VERY FAVORITE sushi restaurants! Unfortunately I live 40 minutes away, so when I can go it's an extra treat! Their fish is like "buttah", they don't overload their rolls with stiff unnecessary rice! You can actually taste the delicious sake! Their spicy mayo, which I get on the side, is perfection! And the prices don't choke you. Love this place! ”
“ Really high quality sushi, which my family enjoyed for lunch. Salmon in our rolls was very fresh. Philly roll was a highlight. Staff was friendly and did a great job of handling the lunch rush we were part of. Place isn't super big, but we were comfortable and the big windows were nice and let in a lot of bright light. ”
“ Excellent hole in the wall place that we came to on a weekend lunch right when it opened. We decided to splurge for lunch due to travel and ordered a large variety of nigiri, an appetizer, and an eel roll on the side. Everything is delicious and super fresh (we were told there was a fresh tuna shipment and so got two orders of the chu-toro) and the nigiri pieces were large. The most disappointing thing were the the various eggs (including the tobiko and ikura). However, we loved the different scallops, uni, and the sweet shrimp was also good. After tax and tip, we were around $130+ so it was not a cheap meal, but for the quality, it is worth the splurge. Yo could definitely spend less if you stuck to the sets and combos, but we opted for nigiri only as a treat. ”
“ Excellent !!!!! We just had the tempura lunch special there were about 6/8 different combos ours had 1 large done shrimp perfectly done as well as yam broccoli, mushroom and onion ring comes with salad , 1/2 cali roll , really good salad nothing fancy but ice cold lettace and a tasty dressing,, our wait person a young man was amazing!!!! ”
“ First time here and the food was SO yummy and flavorful! The presentation of the sushi was gorgeous. They also take allergies very seriously here as well- my coworker is Celiac and they made sure to take all precautions and seemed to genuinely care. The service was outstanding and we will definitely come back when we are in the area! T ”
“ MY FAV PLACE IN SPOKANE! moved here from Seattle so I know what good sushi is. And this place meets the expectations! Fish is fresh and yummy, chef is knowledgeable staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always busy but clean! My fav roll Is something blossom, it has raw onions on top and wow! Just yum! I wish I had pics but it's so good that I eat it right away instead of taking pics. ”
“ This place has it all: definitely a Japanese vibe, good sushi, great staff, big pieces of fish. Ok, probably most of the staff isn't Japanese, but the furniture and furnishings are definitely more Japanese than hip. Thus actually being more hip. Staff is very attentive, though not pushy. They definitely have that overly polite Japanese thing going. Even on a Sunday, fish was good. Add per picture, pieces are sizeable and fresh and well prepared. One small comment: seemingly no wasabi on the nigiri, or maybe just the one nigiri (salmon) that we got. Of course none on the unagi. Maybe this just shows their confidence in the quality of their fish! ”
